Aspen Aerogels’ Cryogel® 201 is a flexible aerogel composite blanket designed for insulating cold temperature environments ranging from cryogenic to ambient. With a thermal conductivity of 14 mW m-1 K-1 at room temperature, Cryogel insulates even better at lower temperatures with a thermal conductivity of only 10 mW m-1 K-1 at -330°F/-200°C! Lighter than Spaceloft but dustier. Maximum temperature is 390°F/200°C, density is only 0.13 g cm-3 (2.13 oz/60 g per square foot).
